Challenges bring up 'fears'
the mind does nothing to clear

taking form and shape
soon beginning to dictate
the body crumbles before it
unable to do anything about it

be fearless for you are one
the mind is nothing but a train of thoughts
which can be either pulled apart or stopped
the form of fear can be wiped off
freedom can then be experienced after all
Fear don't bring up a good thing insert it demage your health, it cause depresstion, it cause you to look down on yourself.
We need to be strong, we should not allow fear to destroy our future and goal.
