The meaning for me is always just to be present with whatever I am doing.... Ancient advice, it has certainly been given to me many times, in many ways, and I have, and will continue to fail at being present repeatedly.... Though it does get easier to stay in "it" over time!!!
It is also really fun to be kind to others :) That is meaningful too.
The rest is all just impermanent fluff.
