Have you ever been in a high position
Did you really and can beat your chest that you acted quite differently?
Sometimes it can always be easy and quick to throw tantrums at those in which we know that ate in higher positions of Leadership leading us ibn way or the very other. We along the long run may not act differently.
Although there is a saying that to whom much is given much is also expected that they are supposed to be living up to that very expections in which sometimes reverse might really be the case.
Mantle of Leadership really requires great sacrifices for it's achievement. A lot hands need to be put on deck for it very betterment for the Very good of all.
The change really starts which is individually, communally to the the highest top in which we can imagine. The highest is made up of individuals and when they are really of good and positive mindset for the Very betterment of all it would really amount in a good thing.
We as individuals should always try to be the good floak in anywhere in which we might find ourselves. We should not be at the umbrella and join suite as it is the raining thing but rather speak up and try to make that very different in places.
In that little environment hopefully you are leading well, that meeting in which you are the chairperson one thing is that that change that begins with YOU would always make a great impact 🙏🙏.
