MAKE SOMEONE HAPPY

It does not mean that because the world is in trouble, you should be done with it by feeling miserable. It is a given fact that you are not living in a perfect in world and you will never find perfect people. These should not push you to give up the joys of life. On the contrary, you should be the source of happiness for others. Make someone happy every day while you enjoy single activity you are in. Do the things that bring about happiness in your life and do them more often.

Happiness is often found by the person who seeks happiness for others.

EXPERIENCE THE NEWNESS OF THE NOW

Living in the past can only make you guilty, angry or stuck. Living in the future generates worry, confusion and fear. Real maturity is measured in your capacity to live in the present. Learn to live right here and right now. Of course, there is a time for planning and drawing your game plan in life, but for the most part of it, the present demands your eternal presence. Happiness becomes more real when you become fully conscious of the present moment: recognizing and savoring its newness with gratitude.

KNOW WHAT MAKES YOU HAPPY

You will never do what makes you happy if you do not know what it is. Know what and why you are here for. Find it out yourself! Life is not meant to be lived by accident. Life has to be intentional. When you know what it means to live, you are not bothered by what it means to be dying. As you start to look within, recognizing what is in there. Discover your inner qualities that you can share to the world. See what excites you most as you render service. Your excitement will sustain your energy to do more of what you love doing. Remember, you are not here just to seek pleasures and accomplished personal goals. Your true self is best expressed when you serve. Do not hesitate to ask the question, the clearer the answers you will get.

BE SERIOUS WITH HUMOR

When you are sick with depression, fear, anxiety, madness, sadness, rejection, discomfort, or isolation, you can overdose yourself with laughter. Just don’t forget to breath. Be humorous. It is a gift that all of us have in varying degrees. Don’t just be satisfied with your five senses- sense of sight, smell, hearing, touch and taste. Get the sixth sence: sense of humor. Learn to laugh more often. Laughter is not just the best medicines; it prevents us from getting sick. Don’t wait for a problem-free life to be able to laugh. Laughter helps us handle problems more easily.

CLAIM YOUR HAPPINESS

Happiness is your birthright. Claim it. You have the power to generate happiness for yourself. Some people deliberately choose to be unhappy, thinking that when they do, they manifest a certain compassion for someone. To be unhappy is not a form of loving. People think that to feel bad is to care. Notice that you can be sincerely loving and sincerely happy at the same time. In fact, real love is incompatible with misery. A person who loves and is unhappy does not love sincerely. Nothing and no one can make you happy. Happiness is a decision that comes from within. Do not use unhappiness as your way of showing mercy and concern for others.
