Nice, but here's the other thing...our body in a perfect state doesn't know how to be anxious. It doesn't want to be either. Add in Adrenal Failure/Fatigue and it's bound to happen. We all have it from over stressing in the first place.

It's takes a massive change and to want to change. But, sometimes with anxiety you gotta rip the bandaid off and find out the real issue!

Ps-we all need to try not to stress...husband got cancer last year from it! Not worth it!!
