@speedvoter - why did you give me an 11c upvote when I paid .10?
"Bids open every 270 seconds. Ex: If @Axe bids 0.1 SBD and @Bob bids 0.1 SBD, @Axe and @Bob get half of the upvote each!" That is not true. Last time I used your bot almost no one had bid during those 270 seconds and still I got a bad upvote even though I had 90% of the bid.
