Anxiety is Part of the Human Design

Here's a friendly tip: It is important to keep anxiety in check; and, accept that it is a natural part of the human existence.

I’m pretty much looking in the mirror as I speak this. ;+)

Very few people can say they never experience anxiety/panic attacks when they dare look at life through natural eyes.

Some people drink their anxiety away.

Some smoke.

Some binge eat their cares away.

Some shop.

Some find themselves entrapped in the Big Pharma Rx Opiod crisis.

The list goes on.

And, while least costly to do from man’s perspective, taking anxieties straight to the throne room of God is the most important thing to do.

It cost Jesus His very life to afford us this privilege.

And, even if the circumstances don’t change in an instant, it’s a highly therapeutic and restorative peace that makes the tough times of going through more soothing than any of the aforementioned ‘remedies’.

As a 'vibe' arises, I verbalize my awareness and place the thought at the feet of Jesus. And, per His Word, The Helper, aka Holy Spirit, brings a blessed reassurance to help in persevering with Jesus.

There’s an old song…Take your burdens to the Lord and leave them there.

And, one of my favorite Bible verses remains:

Cast your cares upon the Lord; for, He cares for you.

I needed to hear that. I hope that you did, too.

Peace.

I love the simplicity of this. I get these moments at work of anxiety before key meetings, or general issues that come up. Its amazing how taking a minute (some times literally), and just focusing on GOD can really cause the anxiety to melt away. I'm greatful for Jesus enabling this for me.

So truth!

Peace.
