A few hints after checking your profile;
When responding to a post or comment try and make it meaningful. A reply like "yea", won't help you at all.
A good response will have people check out your posts and if they like it they'll follow you.
That's what it's all about, creating a group of followers and creating good content.
This will take some time, especially with the amount of posts every day.

Steemit is something you should work on regularly, preferably daily. Make sure you check the "feed" and "new" at least once a day and respond to posts that interest you.
When posting, which in the beginning you should do at least every other day, also look at the title to get noticed, an image that appeals to people and the first sentence. These are things people see and which decides if they will read your post or not.
Another point to keep in mind is which tags you're using.
I see every post of yours has "life" and "steem" as a tag. Life should about "life things", for instance this post itself, is that "life" related?
And only use "steem" when it is really about Steem (the blockchain), you're now abusing the tags.
Keep in mind what tags do, you can group post based on a tag, like "nigeria" or "steem", I do not think anyone will go and search for "me"??

Don't get dishearten friend. When I started, my first post had only 9 viewers. After a few posts I have started to get more viewers though my content still generates less upvotes and few comments :P. In the beginning I had only one or two followers but now I have around 33 and I am only less then a month old in steemit and still a long way to go. So , Patience, persistence and good content is the key I believe. Wishing you all the best and keep going.
