Hello. I am Rudra from India. Some only few minutes left to begin a new journey of 2018.Let yourself promise in this ending moment of this year that you will no longer create any pain for yourself and will start empowering, accepting & loving yourself 100%.
Tell yourself with clarity that you will no longer stuck in those past habits such as negetive thought pattern or emotional problem, rather you would forgive yourself for your mistakes & keep going forward in life with positive will.Do not get problem oriented, be solution oriented.Start putting habits such as daily Meditation , Eating Healthy Vegan foods,Yoga, sleeping in healthy manner & letting go of the stuffs that no longer serves you which may be bad habit, inadequate self love ,lack of feeling worthiness.
Start meditating. When you meditate you allow yourself becoming your healthy version so that you could become the best version of yourself.
Some simple meditations are observing natural breathing phenomenon that is to allow your attention towards your breath about how it is going and going in nature and paying attention towards natural objects is also meditation. Don't try to resist things in meditation. Let things allow at the surface but don't stuck by analysing it good or bad. Simple observe them and let them go.
Do whatever you love to do in this small time given in life. Use each and every moment in this year to upgrade yourself and be the best version of yourself.
Live together with integtety, acceptance & unconditional love.
We all have a higher self which can get us more tuned in life & get us rid of every problem. So follow your heart felt passion in order to communicate with your higher self. When you have calm and relaxed mind , you can also get tuned with your higher self. Higher self itself is the ocean of unconditional love. Meditation can help you also to have your own inner peace & connecting with your higher self.
Don't feel guilty on past.Accept the problem and yourself and forgive yourself for your mistakes by simply realising that they don't serve you anymore. You have little life to enjoy. Keep learning if you have done any mistake in life so that they don't reappear and you could become more good version of yourself. Take your attention at the present moment which is everalive purest form of life. Enjoy every moment
as best you can.Meditation can help you releasing your past pain by giving you relaxed mind to understand situations properly,more self-oriented
and egoless.
So let celebrate this new upcoming year with peace, simplicity,truth, unconditional love to what you do & yourself & others, peace, integtety and bliss.
