This is part one of my kundalini and pineal gland series. In this part we will take a look at what the pineal gland is and how to detoxify your pineal gland. Over the course of the series I will be revealing information on the pineal gland hidden in plain sight.
What is the Pineal Gland?
The pineal gland is a small pea-sized endocrine gland. The pineal gland resembles a pine cone in shape, hence its name. It is found in the vertebrate brain and produces melatonin, and serotonin. The production of DMT has also been linked to the pineal gland. The pineal gland helps to regulate sleep patterns. It is located in the centre of the brain between the two brain hemispheres.
Humans are not the only species to possess a pineal gland. In fact nearly all vertebrate species have one.
In spirituality, the pineal gland is known as a gateway to higher consciousness. It is thought that the pineal gland plays an important role in our spiritual development and in psychic abilities. In eastern tradition, the pineal gland is called the third eye chakra aka the Ajna chakra or eyebrow chakra. The location of the pineal gland has been depicted in art as being found at the point in which our vision crosses over. Quite literally ‘X marks the spot’. Did you ever wonder why pirates supposedly marked their buried treasure with an ‘X’…?
How to Detoxify Your Pineal Gland
The pineal gland of most people are toxified. This is due to their daily lifestyle choices but with just a few changes to your diet you can easily start the detoxification of your pineal gland. In order to detoxify your pineal gland you should follow a two-step process. The first step ensures that no further calcification of your pineal gland occurs and the second step helps to reverse the calcification of the pineal gland that has already occurred.
The most important change to make to your lifestyle is to drink pure water. Make sure that the water that your drink is free from fluoride as fluoride intake is one of the leading causes of pineal gland calcification. In addition to drinking water, other lifestyle changes are to either limit or stop the intake of sugar, caffeine, tobacco and alcohol. You should eat organic, natural whole foods that do not have pesticides and have not been modified genetically.
Including raw apple cider vinegar will have a fantastic effect on your pineal gland.
Once you have cleared the toxins from your pineal gland you can begin to on awakening your third eye. The simplest way of activating your third eye is through meditation, especially with attention on your third eye region.
Other Ways to Activate your Pineal Gland
- Go to sleep in complete darkness
- Practice mediation regularly (it can be as much as 10-15 minutes a day)
- Spend time in sunlight every day

Yes I have regular kundalini experiences. I hope to make the information more widely available especially that which is hidden in our culture.
It can be a volatile state so you need a safe place to experience it. Sometimes its out of control with spontaneous kundalini. Some people end up in the loony bin cause they don't know what is happening to them
What is the evidence you are using for to arrive at these conclusions?
Sound vibration can aid in decalcification as well.
Everyone has varying levels of toxicity in their pineal gland. Unless people are actively following a routine that is beneficial for their pineal gland they will have higher toxicity levels in their pineal gland than others.
Does the average person only consume water or use toothpaste that has no fluoride? This calcifies the pineal gland. For more information on fluoride the book "The Fluoride Deception" is a great read.

Yes but I would need to see more scientific research on this before I believe it. Anyway I'm not knowledgeable enough on the subject to discuss it but one thing that is proven to reduce calcification body wide is vitamin K2 (not regular vitamin K though).
