In some treatment methods, supplements are also suggested, as it is known to reduce the melatonin levels in the body. Avoid keeping your electronic devices close to you as much as possible, and never keep them with you when it’s time to sleep, as you’re going to spend 8 straight hours with them when you don’t need them at all. If possible, turn off your wi-fi router as well when you don’t need it. If you have to work 8 hours on your computer, instead of surfing all those hours, try to download all the needed material within the first 30 minutes and then work on it for the rest of the time. this way you will be able to reduce your exposure by sixteen folds. Similarly, there can be a lot of other ways to reduce exposure if you are really dedicated to doing that.

Oh my God! Wi-fi have become a regular part of our life but I had no notion that it can become so dangerous for us. It has so many bad effects on our health.

In relative terms its a small price to pay for our need for constant connection and access to vast sources of information, earn money and revolutionize the world as we know it. Nothing comes without a trade-off and with a 7billion strong population, a shorter lifespan isn't really such a bad thing in my opinion.
I'd rather focus on enjoying the time I have left on earth than trying to avoid everything that can kill me just so I can squeeze out a few more years.
