The Importance of Being Thinking
There is a proverb in Russian saying that women love with their ears. The interpretation of the proverb has been different depending on the mindset of the person interpreting it. Some stated that it had to do with compliments and sweet words, others associated the proverb with the level of intelligence. But the conditions that help to estimate a person being smart or not are vague and unfair. So I have still one more interpretation.
A person's eagerness to develop, to plunge into something new, their hunger for facts and suppositions, willingness to learn more, to THINK. As for me, an interesting conversation with a thinking person is much more exciting and catchy than some sugary phrases about my appearance or intellect or whatever. To tell the truth, I have been said hundreds of times that I am quite good-looking, so please, please me with a conversation about new technologies or investigations, tell me about stock market or learn me how to count to ten in Hindu. In return I will learn you how to say "Well, yeah, it is very important to share ideas" in Swedish, will show you inner connestions between the English "thing", the Swedish "ting" and the Russian "вещь", will share my own experience selling and buying shares and will discuss with you the Super String theory. I mean.
Another thing that excites (I am writing about my own feelings and this article can by no means be considered as a guide for relations ;) is the cloud of safety that encompasses some men. That has nothing to do with muscles or constitution. That is in the behaviour. You feel this cloud with every single cell of your body and these emotions generate absolute trust. I have met really few such men and some of them are my good friends. So I am quite a lucky person.
And so just a tiny piece of advice. Be eager to learn and teach, strive for development and stay for those you care for.

Well, stated, Anastasia! However, I think it's important to note that most men are intimidated by highly intelligent women, especially men younger than 30. As we get older, we realize that a pretty face does not provide good companionship if it accompanies a boring personality.
