I think thinking could be considered meditating but I dunno. I haven't really researched meditating. In general though humans do seem overly busy since we are overly wasteful.
Have you heard of Orin Woodward. He runs an MLM scheme which I am not a very big fan of but some of his speeches are good. They MLM thing might fit for someone like you though I dunno.
