Still Fails Though Has Been Working Hard? Why?

Everyone loves a success in her life. Success makes us happy, happy and excited. So there is no reason to dislike the success it is. But the problem is that success can not be achieved easily. And more annoying is the fact that not everyone managed to be a success.
