Sometimes we can spend hours, days, weeks or months, thinking about whether we should or shouldn't try a certain thing.
Perhaps a new business or service-line, a new hobby or new routine.
We analyse every angle. Leading to 'paralysis by analysis'.
And so, we procrastinate. And do nothing.
Instead, how about embracing the smorgasbord approach to life?
With this approach, we just go for it.
We launch the new business venture, try the new hobby or whatever 'that new thing' is - and adjust course as we go along.
We learn by doing. Not by pontificating.
Then further down the line, we discard what's not working - it might be the 'new thing' or it might turn out to be the old thing that previously looked rock solid and unmoveable.
The smorgasbord approach encourages more, not less. Trying new things and adding them to the mix. No judgement at the start - just the prospect of new - as yet unknown - possibilities.
Try it...
