2 reason behind it (1) the technology needed in space in for future is not avialable until know or (2) the current capitalist banking system is on verge of collapse and it cannot afford such large sum that can allowe for space technology just like the ussr program

    I would say (1) the TECHNOLOGY needed in space in for future is not available or (2) there is foreseeable way to PROFIT on it
