@exyle All I could think about when you were showing the pictures of the levees was that the Dutch are good when it comes to Water Management. Then when I saw the movie posters at the Restaurant I could not help but thinking what a Great Movie Reservoir Dogs is !! I believe it's about Water Management too, in a different kind of way. It has a great musical soundtrack also.
