Mark, I was just curious about what happens to all of the accounts where somebody starts on STEEMIT and maybe they get frustrated and Quit after maybe a few weeks to a couple of months. Does the STEEM Power and SBD just stay tied UP in Limbo forever and if they lose their password is that STEEM that never comes back onto the Market ?? Thank you for your thoughts @exyle ......

We can deny the fact that some users quit because they don't see any growth on their accounts. Maybe they thought steemit is a one night ticket to get rich and when don't realize it's not, they quit.

Can we not delegate their SP to new users. If the user logs back in, the SP is returned?
