3 Ways to sleep faster

Sleep, of course, is one of the most important must do for all living beings maybe even trees. lol

But let's be serious who doesn't want to sleep at their own will? I know I certainly do and I'm pretty sure you do too :)

So how can we sleep at our own will or within 3 minutes we touch our bed? Maybe 13 minutes if you have a partner ;D

1. Exercise in the morning

Why?
Becuase it sets the template for our cortisol to be active and energetic first thing in the morning and gradually decrease during the day.

2. Avoid processed foods

Why?
Processed foods affect our gut in ways unimaginable. To put the explanation in simple text, when the bacterias that work in our gut is joined by unnatural processed foods, the bacterias are disturbed, making them communicate with our cells to be cautious and alert and thus we tend to suddenly wake up in the middle of the night.

3. Meditate

Why?
Meditating helps calm the heartbeat rate, jumping thoughts, emotions and countless other benefits. Many studies have shown that meditation does indeed help sleep faster and have better quality sleep.
