i am very happy to have had the chance to find your article in steemit
being myself a mother of one great little boy i found your life experience really inspiring
i also try to consider my child not as MY child like a property or a slave to my will but an independent human being with his own desires
now my baby is 1yearsand4months and i think he'll be alike your girls when he'll grow
indeed a lot of parents tells me how amazed they are that he is so smart and calm etc....
i think it's just beacause he feels listened to. (i hope i make myself understable)
it reallz touched me deep inside when you wrote about the births of your children because mine wasn't easy at all
but now i'm glad that he's a fine young person
we are musicians my husband and me and travelling with our son but now we ant to settle down to live a easier life and more connected like you and you're family
we are new on steemit but i think you might like to read our first article

I am also glad you you found me and I hope that I can inspire you and also give you some faith when you may have uncertainty as a mother of young child.
I also believe that truly listening to a child is one of the most important parts of being a "good" parent. When a child is listened to (which means cared for, respected and honored) they will be such individuals.
