hello everyone.
first of all you need to identify that you have around your lower chest area or you have gynecomastia.
if you have gyno then you can reduce these man boobs and the only way is to get a surgery. (i am not recommending surgery)
but if you have lower fast chest then you can reduce this fat, however spot reduction of fat is not possible you have to drop overall fat percentage of your body.
how to know that it is gyno or fat around our chest.
how can you tell the difference between true gynecomastia breast swelling and simply fatty tissue, and does it matter? Firstly, in many men their man boobs will be caused by a combination of both true breast tissue and fat – but usually one is more prominent than the other. It can be very difficult to tell the difference between the two, and occasionally a doctor will do some tests or a scan to tell the difference. However, there are some pointers that will help many men make the diagnosis.
Fat build-up or pseudogynecomastia is much more common in men who are overweight or obese. If there is excess fat in other parts of the body, then it makes sense that fat also accumulates in the chest area. Because this is an area in men which usually doesn’t hold much fat, and because it sticks out from the body here, fat on the chest wall can be particularly obvious. If a man is generally slim, then pseudogynecomastia is much less likely to be the cause – although it can still happen in some cases.
True gynecomastia is much more common at certain times in life – especially during puberty or in older men (when testosterone levels naturally become lower). Gynecomastia can also be caused by other conditions, medications or recreational drugs. If these are present, true gynecomastia becomes more likely.
Some causes of true gynecomastia:
Medication including some treatments for gastric ulcer, depression or heart problems
Recreational drugs such as anabolic steroids and marijuana
Liver or kidney disease
Rare genetic disorders
Hormone – secreting tumours
In many men, chest swelling contains both fat and breast tissue, and only a test will tell for certain how much of each is present. If a doctor needs to be sure, they will organise some tests, perhaps blood tests as well as scans in order to check
if it is a chest fat you can get rid of it.
you don't even need to go to gym!
Eat a balanced calories restricted diet and you have to consume fewer calories than you burn. this is known as calories deficit. you can measure your calories intake from internet test and you have to take just a little lesser than that limit. average is 2000 calories to 3000 calories.
base your diet around protien rich foods such as fish, meat, egg, dairy products along with fruits and vegetables
perform a full body workout 3 times a week to lose fat from your chest you need totrain your whole body as this burns higher numbers of calories and helps to develop a more balanced physique.
do 3 set, 10 each of squats, lunges, pushups, crunches, reverse, planks and squat thrusts. taking as little rest as possible between sets. when you start finding it easy increse the number of sets.
do pushups everyday, it wont reduce fat from your chest but it would built a muscle underneath your chest which would look better, record the number of pushups everyday and increase it everyday.
hope you find it benificial, give me an upvote and comment if you have anyother thing which can help.
