How to wake up in the morning!!

People who have been wake up in the morning found to be more successful in comparison to people who wake up late in the morning. Because, if you get up early in the morning, there is a lot of time available for both work and leisure. But unhealthy sleep cannot be accepted.
Yes, many hardworking people are suffering from this problem. However, there are some easy ways to solve this problem.

Let's know the way to wake up in the morning.

Give priority to sleep
Due to any excuse or work, you are late to sleep at night. But try to make a routine to sleep and wake up early for every day.

First, take a step On the first day, go to sleep 15 minutes before your regular sleeping time and wake up 15 minutes before your regular wake up. Thus, you can increase the time slowly for next couple of day.
Avoid noon sleep Do not sleep at noon. Work out at noon to avoid sleeping in the afternoon or attach yourself to the work of the hobby.

Break the cycle you go to sleep late and get late - you need to get out of this sleep cycle. For the sake of it, go to sleep at the same time and wake up from sleep. Exercise and Drink 1 glass of warm milk before going to bed. These tasks will help you get to bed early for healthy sleep.

Control coffee consumption Control the amount of caffeine consumption after afternoon. One study said that it create problems of sleeping. You can take only a cup of normal size caffeine but before 5 P.M.

If your bedroom is clean then your mind will relax and sleep quickly. So, before you go to sleep at night create the right environment for sleeping.

Decide morning tasks List some things that you need to do in the morning. This will motivate you to wake up. Give responsibility to any other family member to wake up in the morning. Many people cannot even wake up to hearing alarm clock or stop the alarm and then fall asleep again. In this case, any member of the house will force you to get up.

Very good advices, and im also glad too see that i fulfill nearly all off them aswell.
So i sleep good at night and wake up nearly the same time in the morning without a alarmclock.

Definitely a better way than setting a few naps, which usually only ends with frustration :p Long sleep, usually mess day..
