I believe finding something that you're passionate in and doing it everyday even if just for 10minutes gets you back to your groove. It could be as simple as work out, or like you mentioned, playing video games, whatever it is, know what works for you and what doesn't, then you are able to move on and keep going. There's nothing terrible as being in the same place you were a couple of months ago. Time doesn't wait for no man.

That s true, but that s also a little bit conformist. We can move and keep getting better even at our worst times, it's just about keeping the flow and movement =)
