Huge influx of stolen credit card numbers (Who is breached)

So I do security research as a hobby I run several honeypots that catch malware and one of my projects is script scrapping BINs (Bank Identification Number) The First 6 digits of your CC number

from carder sites to keep track of which banks are getting hit. and last week there was a huge influx of FULLZ which are full CC numbers names addresses and CVV numbers. They are saying they have a 98% validity rate this usually indicates that it is a large company and they don't know it yet.

Its alot of cards that will be used for CNP (Card Not Present) theft. which includes ordering things online. It looks like they have ties to Asian crime organizations they are shipping items to Washington state then exporting them from there.
