Calcutta became astounded at 6 May 1775. When they heard that a person like Nandkumar was brought in a fraud case, and he was kept in a jailed jail for general prisoners. It was submitted to the government that if Nandkumar's best and devoted person is kept in a prisons, his religion would be ruined. But it did not result. All of the judges agreed with the persuasion of appeasement and gave the verdict. That Sheriff puts Nandkumar in a common jail.
On May 8, Nandkumar said in an application to the Chief Justice that if he is kept in a common prison, then he should avoid eating-bath etc, fearing he will be deposed. Therefore, keep him in a house which has never been corrupted or abused by a Muslim, and let him go to the Ganges once a day. "But judges once again said," Such a person can not be accepted by the prisoner. "
Nandkumar left his diet in jail from the very beginning. That is why on 10th May, the Supreme Judge Impe sent a physician to Nandkumar's health checkup to see his friend's friend. The doctor remarked, "Nandkumar has suffered such physical deterioration that Nandkumar should be fed before the morning." So the judge allowed that he was taken outside the prison once every morning. But Nandkumar made the permission. That's why Nandkumar's position was arranged in a prison in the prison premises. Nandakumar did not do anything except confectionery there.
