My goals after the New Year

Do you have any goals to change for a better life after the New Year?

For me, I have some goals and I’m thinking of some changes in my life.

Laziness - I have to fight with my laziness and be active and eager for new things. Yes, I promise myself to do some better things for myself after the New Year….

Weight - Another goal that I will do is to lose weight and get slimmer. It may be really hard for me, as in the past, my weight keeps increasing. Haha!

By the way, after the New Year, I will do it again by starting to control my diet; i.e. choosing good food, avoiding junk food, high-sugar food, high-fat food, and exercising regularly.

Relax - I have to find some more times to relax my mind and my body from all the chaos from daily life by travelling more into natural places.

Happiness - I have to find as much happiness as possible. I will not let myself drown in suffering easily. And if something is stressful, I will ignore it. Or if something I can’t figure out, I will let it go.

Patient - I will try to be more patient and mindful of myself because being angry makes me crazy and stressed.

Save money - I will try to save more money by spending only necessary things in life as I realize that during this economic period, the more money we can save, the safer our life will be….

Yeah! These are my targets that I have to achieve. By doing these, I believe that I can change my life for the better after the New Year.

Start the new year beautifully, correct your mistakes and create a new life. Earning money is definitely important. Happiness is in the mind, it should also be taken care of. If health is good, life is beautiful, so you should also pay attention to health.
