Hey guys!
Today I’m going to share my split progress. I started working on my splits since June 2017. It’s been slow progress (so it feels) but today I am happy with the outcome over a period of 6 months!! Thank goodness for pictures to prove I have progressed!
My splits this month .. 2x yoga blocks
2 months ago.. finally flat and no pain
4 months ago.. painful and not flat
So happy with my progress when I look at today’s picture. It just takes patience and practice and more practice everyday!
