Affection & Love that is not Explainable...

in #life6 years ago (edited)

Thirty one years ago, in a country that suffered much in different ways, from bombarding to severe economical crisis a boy was born on 22 May 1987.

Soon, that boy holds his first tennis racket & starts practising tennis.

Tennis becomes His love & His passion & His obsession. The wish for success was so Huge that one day became reality.

I saw this guy for the first time, when my husband introduced him to me. As He was Serb, from Serbia, the same country where @dobartim was from, I immediately liked him. Still, always when I watched him, he was loosing and complaining for something.
People were talking that his breathing problems were due to asthma problem. For me, His acts were not understandable for me as He knew to stop the match even if he was winning with 2:0 in the sets.

My opinion was changed, when in 2010, he discovered that he is allergic to gluten & finally all his complaints became logical & understandable.

In 2011, He marks one of the best tennis season of all times, in the History of Tennis & the same one repeats in 2015 till month of May in 2016, when He won Roland Garros and completes winning of 4 Big Grand Slams in a row.

We all got used to his winning, happiness & virtue. He became a sign of all Generation that rose from Balkan & did something in the World's Sports History.
He became a symbol that gave hope to many that they can do the same.

He impressed me more with his strong belief in God, with his humanity, regular donations of 50% of his money rewards, his modest family life, his veganism & his mission. He made famous, his small country Serbia always proudly talking about his origins.

When He started loosing, we were shocked, disappointed, depressed but we understood. Nobody is perfect & Only God can give 100% of His Strengths, ALL THE TIME.

No metter, what was happening we have never left him. He was already a Legend of His Generation.
In this Wimbledon, He entered with uplifted shape & still we were preparing more To FORGIVE HIM & UNDERSTAND HIM IF HE LOSES THAN TO CELEBRATE WITH HIM IF HE WINS.

But, HE WON AND MADE US HAPPY. OUR HOPE CONTINUED TO LIVE AS OUR OWN KID DID IT.

Dear Novak Djokovic, thanks for Making Us Happy. Our love for Your play is not Understandable but goes beyond normal Logic....

@tatjanastan
I was struck by the following phrases:
  • When he started to lose, we were shocked, disappointed, depressed, but we understood. No one is perfect and only God can give 100% of his strength, ALL THE TIME. There's no counter, what was going on we've never left. He was already a Legend of His Generation. • br> We can appreciate the perseverance, effort and dedication of a young man who, putting aside his special health condition, achieved many important goals, not only in his sporting career but also in his daily life, giving us a lesson of courage, of purpose, of courage to set high goals and begin to build them.

??? What do You mean by this? Did You read the text ?

You have a minor misspelling in the following sentence:

When He started loosing, we were shocked, dissapointed, depressed but we understood.
It should be disappointed instead of dissapointed.

Hi @tatjanastan, I'm @checky ! While checking the mentions made in this post I found out that @dobartime doesn't exist on Steem. Maybe you made a typo ?
