Once I went on mission fir a year took two thirds of my work with me and left one third behind when I came back a year later there were 4 people doing that one part of my job lol
I could be doing with a bit of hyperness, feeling deflated at the moment
Sorry to hear that I think the key is for the right balance between deflated and hyper but itβs always hard to get it right
