Hi @fathin-shihab, That would be most valuable contents entire blog post. I'm a south Asian. I definitely eat brown rise for per meals every day. It has most nutritious contains. Rice wanna best healthy foods and can keep slim body better.
White rice add my meals sometimes. But brown rice indeed nutritious than white rice.
