There is one phrase that comes up in the BIBLE over & over again, "be not afraid".
Yes. I think we see that in many philosophy and religious texts from Islam to Buddhism to others. Thank you for sharing that.
This is also true in Option trading. Volatility measures fear is almost always slightly more than the reality bears out. If one can understand this and limit max loss, one can have lots of consistently winning trades.
