Are you having a little bit trouble or problem right now? If you have, you shouldn't be stress too much about it. Let's just take a free time to go to the beach and relax.
Are you tired because of work? Go to the beach. Are you tired about your relationship? Go to the beach, take him/her with you. Are you tired of your social life? Go to the beach.
Somehow, beach is the only answer. But for some people who doesn't like beach, they would spend time going to place they like. Whether it's mountain, forest, lake or whatever it might be. You can spend time wherever you want in order to relief your stress.
Spend Your Time with Some Friends
Friends are very important for everyone. If you have friends, ask them to go out with you wheter it's hiking or just a vacation. There's always laugh when we talk to our friends. They're precious. They will boost your mood somehow.
If you don't have a friend, maybe because you're a loner. It's okay, you maybe a type of person that who can make yourself feel better.
Whatever it is, just do it, at least you're not stress. But I reckon with some friends.
Stress is not healthy, so we need to throw it away immediately. Being stress is bad, it will affect on many things in our life. Instead of being stressed, we should enjoy nature or god's creations. The nature will help increasing your mood and kill the stress.
