You can wake up early from after the well-rested sleep you have last night. Which means you can breath the fresh air in the very morning.
If you sleel late or if you hasn't got much time to sleep last night, it's hard for you to get up or wake up early in the morning. Even if you're wake up in the morning, you're still feeling a little bit sleepy. Because we are human actually need 8 hours night sleep.
I always wake up in a hurry, because I always late. I go to work almost late everyday. And that's sad. Luckily today I got up early and not late. But I didn't get enough sleep last night though.
After the fresh air that we breath in the morning, we should start the day with a cup of coffee. ![image]()
Personally, this is my routine. Every morning I drink coffee becore I start my activity. At lunch I also drink coffee sometimes, and almost everynight I drink coffee. I think 3 times I drink coffee in a day.
I needed this morning coffee, because I think it helps my brain. Our brain is like a machine, before brain start working, we should give it some oil and the oil is coffee. Coffee hugs my brain.
Morning air is always fresh, especially when you're near the mountain. After that don't forget to serve coffee for yourself.
Yes, you can addicted to coffee, but nothing's wrong with it right! As long as it's good for you, just drink it. Alcohol is bad, so let's just drink coffee.
