@libertyteeth is it that you are going to add to the running list you got coz alot of us there are still big time minnows judging by your criteria and again if you watch their post closely it is your upvote that always make the earning meaningful in the first 30 mins if not it will still read cent as my post always read cent if not for your upvote that beautifies it but i have got alot of dead followers

Yes, this time I will replace the running list. However -- every account which qualifies as a minnow is eligble to win, e.g. if you have less than 500 followers, and less than 5,000 SP (or combination -- I worked it out in a comment earlier today, which I'll include in the upcoming post; basically, each follower = 10 SP, so with the two combined you would qualify if under 10,000 SP and no followers; or, if under 1,000 followers and no SP -- but it'll more likely be a combination of the two, for instance, someone might have 600 followers, but less than 4,000 SP, and they'd qualify).
