We only have a short time on this earth, use it wisely.
Ask yourself each day - is this what I want to be doing? Is this where I want to be? Am I working towards what I want to do?
If too many times the answer is no then you need to make a change, however small that change is.
Climb that mountain
And I'm not necessarily talking about becoming crazy succesful or changing the world. I'm talking about anything you want to do in your life - the only way you'll get to do it is if you start making positive steps towards it.
Go do that thing you've always wanted to. Go climb a mountain, do a triathlon, learn a language!
Whatever it is you want to do, just start doing it.
You won't regret it.

Thank you! Watching TV series has been seriously affecting my productivity badly. Time to get out and do what I love to do. Ride and make videos! :D
Great advice, Jordan. It's so easy to find yourself busy with things that just come your way but might not necessarily be exactly what you want to do.
It's important to take a breath and refocus on yourself and what YOU want to do. I personally want to start my own business but that in itself seems like a big task but you're right, I've got to start somewhere (however small that may be). Thank you!
i am doing what i've wanted to. let get it!!!
Great post.such a nice blog. thanks for sharing.s a wonderful post.keep it up.hope everyone will be like it.thank you. keep it up
Thank you. Simple message that I wanted to share
True Indeed, it's simple isn't it ? Well I feel it's the life which always keeps on going swiftly and barely giving you a chance to pause for a moment and 'think'.
Life tries to do that, just don't let it. Find the time to stop and figure out how your future life could be better.
That has been my goal since last September and I can tell you honestly I haven't regret it
Great and important message, Jordan! Thanks for the reminder :-)
I'll go skiing at a place called The Pearl of the Alpes making a childhood dream come true. I guess this one fits in your category.
Enjoyed and resteemed...
Hi @surfermarly, now I’m really curious; what is The Pearl of the Alpes? I’ve never heard of it before. I was back from the Alps only last night, if you like you can see some photos from Lech in Austria here: https://steemit.com/skiing/@lil-mich/skiing-the-lovely-lech-austria.
Perhaps your Pearl can be an option for us next winter. 😁

absolutely I preach that everyday...the best life you will evet live is a life i which you live your truth. The two, most powerful urges outside of thw survival instinct is the desire for freedom and the ability and opportunity to express your true self.
Great post and so true. Do everything we can, while we can. I would surf all day and everyday, that is what I am working hard for. I hear the older surfers say they retired recently and going to surf all day, everyday. Thats my dream :) Until then, I will surf every afternoon or morning before or after work :)
Perfect in thought and spirit. New goal to do all of the things I have been waiting and wanting to do.🐓🐓
👍👍
Yeah this is so true
You're absolutely right, I'm travelling Europe with a camper to broaden my horizon. Collect moments, not things, right?
This is so true, life is so short. Time is more precious than gold or any treasures in the world. We have to do what makes us happy regardless how big or small it is, it doesn't matter. As they say we only live once, so we have to make the best of what we have, if life brings us more than what we have then that's already a bonus! Happiness is always a choice. Thanks for sharing!
Thank you, this is something i often find myself thinking, and more often than not, the less you think and the more you do, the better life becomes! Not so long ago, for me, it was learn to ride a motorcycle... I just did it, and to this day it was one of the best things I did! Less thinking about stuff, more doing stuff :)
