love rich roll. i started meditation because of him. i should had included his channel but hes not frequent enough on there! i will check that out, their instagram is always so cool. i like seeing people insanely busy with life and they give me that vibe all the time

So many of Rich Roll's podcast episodes helped me transform my own life - he has some amazing guests at his show! Oh yes, I especially like their instagram pictures of their regular sunrise dip into the cold Irish waters :D
he certainly has i've found others due to his podcast. that water looks just insane to me. ice cold
