The low carb aka sugar diet I follow is called "Keto"
Many have said it's the most dangerous one to follow but I have to disagree.
Been on it for 2 years and I have experienced only health benefits.
Although it must be mentioned that it is the easiest one to miss apply.
So there is where it becomes dangerous!!!
I can only advice to read up as much as possible and spread the word.
Sugar is really one of the worst!
