Hello everyone, this is my new drawing.

Tupac Amaru Shakur, known by the stage names of 2Pac, Makaveli or Pac, born on 16 June 1971 in New York City and murdered on 13 September 1996 in Las Vegas, is an American rapper, poet and actor. A member of a Black Panther family, Tupac Shakur has more than 75 million albums sold internationally2. Rolling Stone magazine ranked him 86th in its ranking of the greatest musical artists of all time3.

Alongside his musical career, he was a promising actor and socially committed citizen. Most of 2Pac's songs are about a childhood of violence and misery in the ghettos, racism, social problems and conflicts with other rappers. He has been active throughout his career in racial egalitarianism5. Shakur was first a roadie and dancer for the alternative hip hop band Digital Underground. He then joined the bands Outlawz, Digital Underground and Thug Life. Its success largely contributed to the worldwide commercial explosion of rap music in the 1990s. His charisma, flow, elaborate lyrics and premature death make him one of the major icons of this musical genre: he is one of the artists with the most albums after his death, and is ranked 8th dead celebrity earning the most money in 2007, ahead of James Brown and Bob Marley.

Tupac has been the target of lawsuits and other legal problems. In 1994, he was shot five times and robbed in the lobby of a recording studio in New York City. Shakur then suspected that other figures in the rap industry had prior knowledge of the incident and did not warn him. This controversy helped trigger the East Coast/West Coast rivalry. He is then convicted of drug trafficking and sentenced to imprisonment. After serving eleven months of his sentence, he is released on bail paid by Marion "Suge" Knight, the CEO of Death Row Records. In exchange for Suge's help, Shakur agreed to record two albums for Death Row. On September 7,1996, Shakur was again the target of a shooting, but this time during a fatal drive-by shooting in Las Vegas. After being taken to a hospital in the city, he died of respiratory failure and cardiac arrest on 13 September 1996.
