A family again, to me, is when you have a kind of back up you can fall into for anything. They harbour you at first no matter the situation at hand, the whole family will have to first protect their own at first in any situation then, can now fire their own that went weird but it won't be in the issuer's presence. Not to sure but have once heard about this in football line about the Brazilians that when you actually leveled something against their son's and daughter's in football, which might either be on drugs or other means,once they're able to get to their country with the charges on them that will be the final. You can't do anything to bring them out again if and only if they have decided to do so. I guess this is the kind of family I'm pointing at.
