As a fitfam enthusiast, I'm always on the outlook for new recipes and all. Just yesterday, I discovered the wonders of Papaya seeds. They have the ability to absorb fat/ not allow the body retain fat around the midsection area. So, if you want that waist snatched, just take a couple of papaya seeds(not too much) 1st thing in the morning either alone or with Grapefruit juice.
Other Benefits of Papaya seeds includes
*Papaya seeds contain high levels of oleic and palmitic acids. Both are believed to help protect your body against cancer.
*In traditional Chinese and Japanese medicine, papaya seeds are used to detoxify and strengthen the liver.
