It is really hard for us left-brained folks to understand those who are not. Or perhaps I should say it is sometimes just frustrating. There are of course advantages to both approaches, since lefties tend to over-analyze and end up in paralysis by analysis. Whereas right-brained will just jump in when it feels right, something that a left-brained person might be frighted of for fear of miscalculating. What I've learned through leadership training is that an organization requires both types of people, yet communication and teamwork among them is challenging. It helped me to learn how different types of people see the world and make decisions so that I could adjust how I interact as part of a team.

but yes agreed, much like with everything else in life, balance is always needed and both sides of the coin have their place.
