Good shit. Do you ever do heavy rack pulls? Probably the best exercise hands down for upper back and trap development. Only downside is it has virtually no carry-over to the deadlift.

I agree that’s it’s the best upper back exercise. It did actually help a lot with my deadlift because I got used to carrying a lot weight, so dropping down to a lower weight from the floor seemed easy.
Yeah, usually knee level or below and you get more carry over; anything above the knee has less carry over. But I get what you're saying and you're probably right, if not at least from a psychological point of view, holding some heavy ass weight even for a short ROM makes pulling from t he floor seem easier.
