One thing we can all agree upon is that the source of your daily news will be determined by which decade you were born in and the availability of alternative media.For millennial and generation x's, the rapid expansion, speed and availability of the internet mean majority of their new source is the social media. Some of this news is however at time unfiltered and unverified either accidentally or intentionally.
For the preceding older generations a day is incomplete without perusing the daily news prints or watching the daily news broadcast even if the news may be hours of even days late. Both news print and broadcast have tried to remain relevant by providing more context and vetting of news sources than may happen with social media at times.
The question now is with the onset of fake news and its effects and consequences it’s been having, will the source for your news changes and are the decisions you make now based on fact?
