Understanding cheetah!

in #life7 years ago (edited)

Learning everyday is paramount to human existense. I had to communicate immediately with my mentor @maryfavour, seeking to know what exactly i had done wrong in my just concluded food post.

That was when she gave me a vivid and clear explanation that cheetah could visit a post that the content is not over 60% new. That is to say over 60% must be yours there and then.

  • Do not even write something from your previous post without referencing yourself.
  • Do not make major part of your content full of someone else's reference.
  • In other words, just write as much as you undesrtand and leave the rest.

sorry about that @trendyevents, On addition to @maryfavor's comment,If cheetah detects that an article may not be original content, it creates a comment that lets readers know that the article is likely elsewhere on the internet already. This comment is meant to be understood by the author that they should try and avoid copy pasting. It also informs readers of the article that there is a chance the author is not the original one, and have either copy-pasted or plagiarized.
Even if the submitter is the author, there is nothing wrong with the comment, it simply informs the reader that it is not unique (exclusive) content on Steemit. but you can still get upvotes from your readers, @trendyevents i'm so glad that you understood her.

That's it dear. Everything must not be only referenced. You must have more of your own.

The day @cheetah bot visited my blog for plagiarizing myself was when I learnt that the greater content on my blog MUST be fresh ideas. Writing & blogging is not easy. I need to have fresh ideas daily about what to write and understand the words with which to communicate my message.

@maryfavour, founder of @redfishpillar project.

The unique words to communicate it. That's it dear. Thanks for been there always.

Wow!! This is cool and it will help me as a new steemiter!! Thanks for this information.. It was helpful

That's the essence my dear because knowledge is power.

Absolutely!! It was a highly informative.. Thanks once again

Quite informing, the fear of cheetah is the beginning of success here on steemit and I'm very grateful for learning about this part that has to do with referencing your own self made articles.

You've got it bro!!! That's the funniest part.
