thank you for sharing this, growing up in Ireland any talk about sex was a taboo and for so long so many carried shame with them instead of feeling comfortable and supported in talking about our natural desires and sex itself. For me it took along time to shake off those feelings, i carried them like a heavy chain around me, but it is so liberating t let them fall and feel good about fully celebrating that we are very much sexual beings.
