Smile :-) you have control only over what you feel, and think and do. Though a man love genuinely, there is no way you under God's earth, heaven or hell, that a man can determine, how much of what he expects to happen will actually happen. :-)
Of course, you could always be Jesus and walk around loving and trusting all and sundry and being free, but remember even He could be assured of no one.
