Every morning we get the opportunity to start out on a blank slate or continue from yesterday's. Life is too short to bother about the dos and do not, just do whatever feels right to you and get it going, - just do something.
One thing I've learnt from my time alive is that life hardly ever give the finished product, life gives you cassava and expects you to make garri, gives lemon and expects you to make lemonade.
So it's always up to you to pick a new course each day and journey in the direction of peace or wail over spilled milk.
