Boost Your Happiness

We often feel like something's not happening right. Maybe for metal pressure, physical stress, not getting time for ownself. And after all these happening we feel that we are very much unhappy. But deep inside it's not the situation that makes us unhappy, it's our depression that makes us feel down.
So lets some simple formula to boost our happiness.

Don't Regret

Life is a race. If you stop running you will lag behind. But the thing is you cannot win always. There is always up and down, win and loss and that's how life goes. So stop regretting the things you could not get. The less you become needy, the happier you will be.

Forgive and Forget

Keeping anger inside yourself will harm you more than the person you’re holding it against. Ask yourself, “What would it take for me to let go of the past?” and notice how you feel when you let go of your anger for a few seconds. Focus instead on a bright future and you’ll feel better for it.

Throw Away Negative Things

The first condition of being happy is to put down all negative things from your life. It could be people, your thinking, a bad past etc. Otherwise, they will continuously bring you down. Replace your negative thoughts with some positive ones and be aware of not thinking about the negatives.

Smile More

Smile is the best medicine for being happy. Practice smiling more and see how it affects you internally, as well as those around you. You can always afford to give a smile. Smiling can make you happier. Even if you have to force it, you’ll still feel better.

Be Thankful

Think about all of the things you get in your life and be grateful for it. Do you realize how blessed you already are? We always regret the things we don't have but never be thankful for the thing we have in our life. And this mentality makes our soul narrower. Without even realizing it, we take our basic necessities for granted; a roof over your head and plenty of food to eat. By appreciating the things that you already have, you’ll begin to feel happier in your life.

Handle Your Stress

It's not that only you are a workaholic, only you have all stresses, everyone else is happy. Every happy people also has stress and they also have their own way to handle it. For me, I simply throw away my everything related to work and sit down with my earphone. I start hearing music closing my eyes. It helps me to release my stress. Because I know I deserve to be happy, and it wouldn’t be right to let stress get in the way. So find your own way to be happy over depression.

Do What You Love

It is not always necessary to do what makes money. It's not also important to maintain the rule always. sometimes go beyond the rules. Run after some happiness instead of money. Read some comics like a child. Go for a cycle ride with your children. Do what you like most to do. You’ll find that when you’re doing what you love, you’re filled with joy. How much better does that sound than forcing yourself do something you don’t like?

Be Yourself

We watch celebrities on TV think like wow she is so beautiful, he is so charming. Why can't I be like them? Stop pretending to be someone whom you are not actually. Be yourself. Accept who you are, what you are able to and what you are not. Nobody is perfect here. Everyone has flaws. And the happiest are those who accept themselves easily.

Spend Time With Your Loved Ones

There’s no replacement for spending quality time with your loved ones. We’re social beings, even if you’re an introvert or a loner. People love spending time with their friends and family for good conversation, bonding, and some laughs. Life’s too short to live it completely alone.

Help Others

Make a meaningful contribution to someone else’s life. After having all the materials of being happy we still feel empty inside. Because what you have done all the time is only for our own selves. When we volunteer or help others, it feels good to just be of service to someone else. Make a little impact on others life. Be the happiest one in the world.

Give And Take

The gift is not bounded on only occasions or for few peoples whom you care most. And gift always has not to be expensive. Give small things as a gift to people around and show your love to them. You don’t have to give things as gifts; sometimes a poem, a quick note, or a thoughtful email will brighten someone else’s day, and yours. Share what you can give to all the wonderful people in your life.

Share With Others

It is said that-"If you share your happiness it will increase and if you share your sorrow it will decrease." When we share our problems, thoughts, plans, ideas with others we feel better and get advice from them. A life lived without sharing can become lonely. When you share with others, they’ll feel great towards you and help you to feel more joy in your own life.

Meditation And Exercise

Meditation is the proven method to release stress. Give some moments of every day for mediation. You will feel the happiness from inside. Exercise reduces stress and releases endorphins, also known as a “runner’s high.” If you are fond of sports then play your favorite game. Playing is a fun way to exercise as well.

Eat Healthily

You can not be truly happy with an unhealthy body. It’s much more challenging to be happy when you’re sick. But when you eat right, you feel better both physically and mentally. And you’ll avoid that guilty feeling that you just pigged out on junk food.

A Morning Walk

"Early to bed and early to rise, makes a man healthy, wealthy and wise"- get up early in the morning, go for a walk. Nature has a magic healing power. Spending time out in nature can be very refreshing and renewing, especially when you’re living in an artificial, manmade world. Taking a walk in your local woods or park and getting some fresh air can allow you to appreciate the beauty of the natural world.
