Lovely post and so true. Leaders are born and not made. You can learn how to be a boss but can't learn how to lead. A leader is the people's servant, he works for the people, advices them, take a shot for them but what we have nowadays are the opposite. A Leader is person who influences a group of people towards the achievement of a goal.
