In the new year resolution of 2018, you have thought to reduce your weight, eat green vegetables, eat more fruits and vegetable and dry fruits. You also thought to do more hard work to achieve some good position in your life in 2018.
But as per research done by American scientist then negative thought about our own body and physique makes us down. We should leave the serious and negative thought about ourselves.
As per Professor Pamela Kaul of Florida State University, if you present yourself in front of other like you wish to be leaving all your negative thoughts then definitely it will make you slowly feel you like that.
You will feel more confident and get rids of all negative and depressive thought about your own body.
